  • Measure Tea Leaves: Use about 1 teaspoon (2-3 grams) of loose green tea per cup (roughly 240 ml) of water. Adjust based on your taste preference.
  • Heat the Water: Green tea is delicate, so use water that's not boiling. The ideal temperature is 75–85°C (167–185°F). If you don't have a thermometer, let boiling water cool for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Steep the Tea: Place the tea leaves in a teapot, infuser or strainer. Pour the hot water over them and let steep for 2-3 minutes. Avoid over-steeping, as this can make the tea taste bitter.
  • Strain and Serve: Remove the tea leaves and pour your tea into a cup. Enjoy it plain or add honey or lemon to taste.
  • Re-steeping(Optional): Our High-quality loose green tea can be re-steeped multiple times. Simply add fresh hot water to the same leaves and steep slightly longer with each infusion.
